Alison is Interim Associate Director for Collections and Research at the National Library of Scotland. She is Vice-Chair of SLIC and chairs the Funding Sub Committee.

Gary Cameron is a Senior Policy Manager within the Scottish Government's Community Justice Division. Prior to taking this role he was the Director of Strategy within Creative Scotland, the national agency for the arts, screen and creative industries.

Richmond Davies is the Head of Health, Wellbeing and Social Care, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Public Health Scotland which is part of NHS Scotland. He has over 25 years of experience working for NHS Scotland and holds a PhD in Library and Information Science.

Martina McChrystal is Director of Library Services at the University of Glasgow. She is also the current chair of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL).

Anna McInnes has 15 years of experience working libraries across sectors and in different countries. She is the Highlands & Islands Area Lead for the Cities and Local Growth Unit - part of the UK Government’s Department of Levelling Up.

Lindsay McKrell is current Chair of the Association of Public Libraries in Scotland and Team Leader for Libraries and Archives with Stirling Council.  She has worked in public libraries for thirty years and has a PhD in Library Studies.

David McMenemy is Senior Lecturer in Information Studies at the University of Glasgow. He has over twenty years of experience in academia. Before this, David spent 15 years working in public libraries.

Aileen is currently Senior Policy & Advocacy Officer (Scotland) for Hospice UK. Her professional background is in IT. From 2012-2022 Aileen was a local councillor and spent three years as Leader of Argyll and Bute Council. 

Hilary Reid is a Learning Resource Officer at Ayrshire College. She is currently the Joint Chair of the College Development Network.

Amina Shah is the National Librarian and Chief Executive of the National Library of Scotland. She has 25 years of experience in a wide range of executive and non-exec roles in libraries and the arts sector in Scotland.

Maisie is an undergraduate university student. Having spent a work placement at Glasgow Women’s library, she has a passion for all things library related and a strong belief in the important role they play in society. 

Robert is Principal Consultant at Acorn Learning Ltd. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Jonathan is a qualified lawyer with an MBA and through varied roles has experience with companies of all sizes in the private sector as well as academia, local and national government.
