In 2015 the Scottish Library and Information Council commissioned a a review of the Public Library Improvement Fund.
The review was undertaken by Professor Peter Reid and Ms Caroline Whitehead of the Department of Information Management at Robert Gordon University.
The review includes key findings, emerging themes and recommendations for the future.
