Lindsay McKrell is current Chair of the Association of Public Libraries in Scotland and Team Leader for Libraries and Archives with Stirling Council. She has worked in libraries for over thirty years and has a PhD in Library Studies from Edinburgh University focussing on Public Libraries and Community Development. Lindsay has worked in a nursing college library and with Monklands/North Lanarkshire public libraries. She has currently been with Stirling Libraries for over 20 years.
