Anna McInnes has been working in libraries across sectors and across the pond for 15 years. She has worked in public, academic and special libraries in a variety of roles including library assistant, cataloguer, reference librarian, systems librarian, researcher and manager.
She first moved to Scotland eight years ago to take up the role of Systems Librarian for the Rowan Partnership consortia of the University of the Highlands and Islands and SRUC. She is currently Highlands and Islands Area Lead for the Cities and Local Growth Unit which is part of the UK Government’s Department of Levelling Up.
