AGE Scotland have set up a dedicated space on their website with practical advice on how to help older people, support for wellbeing and information on how to access their telephone support services

 

There are many mental health support organisations providing lots of resources and advice. Below are a selection of websites to try.

 

You can enjoy daily health classes with Scottish Ballet, Monday to Friday at 11.30am. The classes are livestreamed on Facebook and are aimed at people living with Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and dementia, however everyone is welcome to join in.

 

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations has curated a database which helps users find help in their local area. There is also a page where organisations can communicate with each other.
