This Scottish Government website has tips and ideas to help people get through the coronavirus pandemic, covering areas such as staying healthy, staying connected and looking after yourself.
You can enjoy daily health classes with Scottish Ballet, Monday to Friday at 11.30am. The classes are livestreamed on Facebook and are aimed at people living with Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and dementia, however everyone is welcome to join in.
