From 9th September 2016 70% of funds transferred to authorities
Friday 9th December 2016 Interim Reports due
From 12th December 2016 30% of funds transferred
Friday 5th May 2017 Final Report and financial records to SLIC

Every Child a Library Member’ Pilot

To coincide with National Libraries Day (Saturday 7 February 2015), the Scottish Library & Information Council (SLIC) announced details of a new library pilot scheme to make every child in Scotland a library member.

All 32 local authorities across Scotland have now signed up to support the ‘Every child a library member’ project, which is funded by the Public Library Improvement Fund.
